I offer a variety of nutrition plans that will be personalized to your needs. This includes dietary restrictions and preferences (vegetarian, vegan, diabetes, gluten intolerance, lactose intolerance, and food allergies).

There is no one-size-fits-all diet! There is also no magic pill that can make you lose weight. Counting calories is still essential whether you’re trying to lose fat or bulk up. Another vital aspect people forget or dismiss is the correct macros. Research has proved that the correct calories in conjunction with counting your macros will yield the best results.
